Photography for me is about capturing the real moments and genuine interactions between the people I photograph. I want you to be able to look back at your photos and remember how you felt when they were taken. There are those moments in between when you are just being "you" that I love the best.
I began my photography career in 1985 as an assistant wedding photographer for my grandfather, Carl Prasser. I started shooting weddings for him at 16 ~ crazy, I know! In 1995, I graduated from the University of Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography. I have photographed over 600 weddings in my career and always look forward to my next one! If it wasn't for my grandfather, I would not be photographing the beautiful images that I am today.

Here is a photo of my Grandpa circa 1965ish that I just love!
He always had that smile on his face and a camera in his hands.
